1 stone down

the photo on the left is when I started 14.0.4lb 3 weeks ago and on the right is today weighing 12.13.2. thought I would share :)

You can really see a difference. U look great!!!

You've lost some bad fat, the fat round the middle, you can really see a noticeable difference. Imagine another stone off and how much different you will look again. Thanks for posting!!
