    97lbs off

    I am a bit nervous about posting this as I still find myself far too fat to boast... But I also know that, when I started, the 'Inspirational Photos' was a life saver to me. So here is my 'Before/Now' photo. I have lost 97lbs from my heaviest ever (not just on CD), and the first picture is of me as I started dieting. 3 more lbs and I'll have lost 100lbs: a scary, yet exciting, thought.

    PS: please ignore my arms, they're so flabby, I'm ashamed to show them like that.

    Weeks 1-19: 63lbs


    (on hiatus for 6 months and maintained my weight )

    Weeks 1-4: -14lbs (and that includes a week off plan while away on holiday!)
    Weeks 5-8: -4lbs (bad choices and plateau )
    Week 9: -2lbs
    Week 10: -3lbs (lost 100lbs from my heaviest weight)

    Mini goals:
    Be in the 17s
    Be in the 16s
    Lose 5%
    Lose 10%
    Lose 15%
    Lose 20%
    BMI under 35
    Be in the 15s
    Lose 25%
    Be in the 14s
    Be under 200lbs
    Be in the 13s
    Lose 30%
    Reaching 13st7lbs (half a stone)
    Reaching 13st (another half stone and reaching the -100lbs lost)

    Medium weight goal:lose 33lbs before the end of August DONE WITH PLENTY OF TIME TO SPARE

    Medium weight goal: BMI under 30 for Hallowe'en DONE 2 WEEKS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE

    Dabla, I wouldn't call myself skinny just yet: I'm still overweight But I'm getting there

    You know how, when you're really overweight and unhappy, you go to bed wishing that you could wake up thin the day after? Well, I feel like I got my wish and that I'm just living in a dream and that one day I'll wake up and be a size 22 again...

    I'm enjoying it though

    I can't wait to see myself at goal either shazzy! But I've been on this diet so long that I can't even imagine life without CD... How are you doing?

    To be honest I'm struggling with just the 2 packs a day and EATING!!! I'm going really miss the shakes I love them and I really don't want to give them up... At all! I know in my mind I've got to come off them but grrr I don't want to! I know I'm trying to sabotage my step 3 progress so I can keep going to my CDC for a bit longer and have the products!

    I've being on this diet for so long that I didn't want to reach to goal as I knew I'd have to move up the steps and return to 'normal'
