    I hope this works, I never took a before photo as I hated having my photos taken, fortunately a friend caught me unawares in the park after a baby Bootcamp session.. (Hence the scruffy clothes) I'm 3 stone down and have 1.5 stone to shift to get to target in April for my wedding! I'm feeling great for it, it's the best thing that I could have done for myself! X

    11lbs in the second week thats great, everyone i know who has done cd has has a big loss 1st week then tiny amount on the 2nd week,, Well done to you
