    4 weeks down 11lb off

    So i no its taken me a bit longer than everyone else but its coming off and thats what counts! I have lost 2 inches from my waist, 2 from my hips and 4 from my bust..(which i wasnt happy about!) lol but id rather be skinny!

    You can really see a difference, and 11lb in 4 weeks is pretty good. I think it's usually people who have a lot to lose who can lose over a stone a month on this diet. So you've done well!
