So i'm 6lbs away from my goal weight & thought i'd share these on here as well as my diary..
Currently on step 3 and moving onto step 4 next week!
Just wanted to show you guys it can be done & you can still lose whilst working up the steps!
This has taken me around 3 months as I was on vacation etc for a few weeks & had days off for special occasions.
Hope this gives you some inspiration!
