    Diet: veggies and boiled chicken
    Height: 5ft7in
    Current Weight: 10st9.9lb
    Goal Weight: 9st6.3lb

    BMI Information:
    Current BMI: 23.5
    Goal BMI: 20.7

    Weight to Lose: 1st3.6lb

    Recommend a diet plan for me !

    I am 25 years of age with 9 hours job, 68kg weight with 5'7" height
    Want to lose 8kg of weight in next 6 months.

    What I can do:
    daily walk, running
    eat less
    eat specific
    invest some money

    What I can't do:
    heavy investment on diet

    I would appreciate every comment/advice

    I see this was posted 3 weeks ago so maybe you've found a plan that works for you by now?

    If you can do all of that then just do them. I'm sure going for a run every day and combining a healthy, balanced diet 8kg should come off no bother in 6 months.

    Are you posting here to get information on Cambridge? It's a VLCD that is really strict so it suits me and my weak willpower over plans like weight watchers. If I have points to spend on anything I'll spend it on crap!
