is anyone a member of all the Facebook groups?

Is it just me thats getting frustrated with all the people asking how to bend the rules with coke zero/chewing gum/mints/etc?

I dont care what people choose to do re the diet, if they dont want to follow it to the letter then thats their choice, but opening needing validation for things they know they arent allowed just bugs me!

I thought all the motivational stories would help, but its all the other crap that comes with it....

or am i just being totally unreasonable here?

I'm not a member of any fb groups. I have a live and leave me alone policy generally in life. If people want to gripe, whinge, cheat etc then fine but I don't have to be the one dealing with it. The support on here is great and I'm happy to give support as well as receive but on the rare occasions when I've paused the plan I have done so knowingly and my expectations were appropriately modified. I would drink coke zero or diet coke usually as it really not such a great drink so why have it on Cambridge? As for the other things well at the beginning when I had death breath I would use something like mints or gum just so I didn't offend any one I was working with!

let others do as they please Lizz and if it winds you up then just get it out of your life. No need to add stress!

I'm not on Facebook.

My partner, who's in the police, calls it Divorcebook. 'Nuff said.

If people are asking questions about coke zero or chewing gum - they ALREADY KNOW that they are not supposed to have them. They are just looking for people to give them excuses to go and do what they are going to do anyway! lol And if they choose to do it, let them carry on.

I love the support on these forums. I don't need Facebook!! And the less stress the better I say. Life can be hard enough without having to deal with a "virtual" life too!! lol

ps. The sun is STILL shining. Can't believe it! lol

I really thought it would make me more motivated but it's making me more frustrated lol

Glad it's not just me!

Haha divorcebook isn't wrong either!
