Step 1 Sole Source + New to cambridge diet could do with a buddy please can anyone help

Hi Michelle, I start SS tomorrow and definitely need all the support and encouragement I can get! I feel pretty 'in the zone' but I'm sure there'll be days where I feel like I can't go on. I'll take as many buddies as I can get lol.

How are you getting on? What day are you on? ~Cas x

Im on day 4 and so far so good, today has been my hardest saying no to a sunday lunch :-( but made me even more determined!

I've haven't had many side effects, felt them on day 1 but fingers crossed I've been good since.

How you guys finding it?? X

I'm on day 9 and doing great. On Wed I ate half a boiled egg, but that's all that has passed my lips since last Saturday. On Thursday I felt like I needed something savoury and something i could chew but that feeling only lasted a day.

The weekend was a huge challenge for me, I was at a birthday party, didn't drink and didn't touch the Indian and Chinese takeaway buffet! Also had a communion yesterday and resisted another buffet.

If I can get through extremely tempting situations like that, I can continue to get through a normal day.

Hi Michelle. I've just started the Cambridge diet yesterday. I am on SS. Determined to loose all my wight this time (52kg) This is my second time. The first time was bad timing since iwas trying to get pregnant but I learnt that time that I can't eat anything- even the things that are allowed ( egg, vegies etc). I have to be just on shakes. The first time I lasted 3 weeks and lost 20 pounds but then I tried to cheat little bit. it started very innocently with healthy small portions but then whenI saw that I am not gaining any weight I started to eat more and more and then I fell off track. So this time I know i cannnot cheat. Not even a tiny bit. I am very unhappy person because of my weight and this time I am determined to loose it!!!
 
I am on day 2. First day was hard but OK. plenty of water is the key for me.
 
Defo lots of water :) and think about why you started. I'm on day 5 and it's defo easier now and I'm less hungry x
