    Diet: Tried it all! I'm doing my very own one: CD twice a day+ Esporta+30 Day Shred***Bring it on!!!!

    I actualy bought this meat grill (you can get it anywhere really cheap - bought mine from Tesco for £14.99)
    and grill every piece of meat. It never dries your meat (unless you decide to keep it on for far too long!)
    It also makes yummy "grilled" mushrooms - not to mention that it's extremaly healthy. I don't use a single drop of oil... and since meat retain it's flavour no salt is needed (I'd still have some though...)

    It could well be the flavouring by the sounds of it, give it a try without it I guess. You could always have a go at mixing your own little concoction of spices!

    My quick trip to work ended up being longer than I thought as I popped to town and uni after. Got my other module results back which I'm VERY happy with, so just one assignment for the other module and I'll have this semesters results. Think I get that on Monday. So that put me in a pretty good mood. Though that has slightly disappeared now. Am having a pretty tired day today though. Went in to see my lecturer to speak to her about my CFS and she was great, said that she thinks all things considering I've actually done really well, that if I feel it effects me I can put in for extenuating circumstances and they'll take it into consideration, especially with deadlines. And that if there is any way they can help me, they'll do their best. I don't want to get extensions or anything because of it, but it's nice to know that I can if I need to.

    Right, I need to catch up with a few other threads and then do some cleaning, I'll be back later, hope you're all having good days!

    Is it like a lean mean fat grilling machine by George Foreman? If so i have one of the already, hadnt thought to use that at all though. . . . My mind is just so blank to any ideas at the moment.

    It sounds you already have lean mean fat grilling machine. And not just any unbranded! You have to start using it Missy! It does make a huge difference to meat taste! It's a bit pain to clean it but otherwise, couldn't live without mine! Love chicken breast grilled on it along with mushrooms - it actualy makes proper lush meal - and you are still within CD guidance.

    Just too let you know i am around but the good news is i have flu not quite good news but lot better than what i thought this was gonna be

    Still think they should make a lemsip that is ketosis friendly

    Hayley stick with it hun....i had the same thing last year, i ss for two weeks and wasn't till the 10th day i had a huge loss....Measure those inches hun as they are bound to be coming off Bodies are funny things, but as everyone says maybe kick start ya metabolism by going on to ss+/810 for couple of weeks.

    Chloe well done on the exercise, especially in this weather, had to do my horse this morning and looked like a cross between kenny and cartman from south park in all my layers lol. as can't stand the cold

    well Stuck in work as boss is of on yet another holiday and am freezing in here but rather be snuggled in bed...but no cover staff at this place

    Is everyone all set for valentines?? I'm off to a screw valentines party at local club on friday, even if i have to crawl there haha so thats my view on valentines this year haha.

    I have been thinking about horse riding as I'd love to be able to do this at least once every two weeks.     I am not having Valentines this year. Last year was a bit overwhelming in relationship department and I am thoroughly enjoying being single. I don't think that I managed to recover completely yet so I don't feel ready to be starting any relationship as yet.
    So Valentines this year will be celebrated by going to central Ldn and seeing my all time favourite musical "Chicago"! No one's going to treat me as well as I treat myself. Pronto!

    No-one wanted to own my horse he defo has 666 some where on him I say Horse riding is one of the best forms of exercising and the best thing for celulite...when i was working as a groom i never had it...now got loads on me thighs lol...Start of with a registered stables either Bhs approved or abrs approved...you will hurt in places you never knew excisted but i do think it's good fun.

    Aww not seen Chicago, only the film...bet it's amazing!! seen dirty dancing loads on stage, think i have a secret obsession haha. And being single in London is sooo good, am such a perve can't believe the talent i've missed out on being stuck in the country lol xx

    Someone kill me, kill me now!! I've been working on my dissertation and have done about another 800 words but ugh! I can't wait for it to be over!! I think I'm just too tired for stuff like this. I might make jelly instead! How do you make it again?
