    Forget to mention to you girls, I am seriously pushing the boat out this week - if I lose 2lbs this week then I hit my 5 stone loss...SO, i have done the unthinkable and hidden all my weeks bars in the back of the cupboard to see if I can shift the 2lbs lol I LIVE on the bars and struggle without them but, as this is usually my lowest loss week (usually around 1-2lbs) I really want to get down to 12stone!!! Soooo, fingers crossed it helps me a little and I will be SS'ing ALL week !!

    Coughs are the worse, they take so long to disaapear also..

    Ooohh good luck hun, i'm sure you'll lose those 2lbs and such a mile stone to hit you go girl i'm sure you can do it..

    Becca you are well ahead of your target so getting to 5s this week will be absolutely amazing (considering ther are still 6 weeks to Easter!!!)

    I am still lurking in the background but I needed to take some time off for a couple of days to clear my head. It's not completely time off as I am following low carb diet with some shakes thrown now and then and expecting some losses (or at least sts) but just not feeling my head is in the right place to be able to follow CD as strictly as I should. And I have to sort some relationship problems as well....

    Instead of beating myself up I am taking a step back... Yeah, I know it will add a week to my journey but at the same time I want to make absolutely sure that I will be sticking to it 100%...

    hi chloe, hope you are ok hun..do think when ya head isn't in the right place it's best to take a break, cd does sometimes make things feel lot worse. big hugs for ya hun x x

    Trying to get hold of me cdc as got to have a cortisone injection into my ankle and not sure if i have to go up the plans for it, so hobbling around like i've broke a heel at the moment haha,

    Is very quiet here but still trying to find me dongle at home lol.

    Hey hun..nah it's a new treatment, busted my ankle in 2007 where i ripped all the ligaments and dislocated it falling off a horse..so still not healed, so trying everything

    Evening ladies i'm back woo hoo.....bought a new dongle so i'm gonna be around as much as possible....I'm having the injection tomorrow and gonna do a low carb day as spoke to doctor and he didn't advise me staying on sole source..so will have my 3 shakes then a meal from 810. so still 100%ish

    I was thinking today maybe to advertise for couple of new members, as at moment there is only 4 of us here....as hayley left and caroline hasn't been around for a bit..but i'll leave it till tomorrow evening.

    So any plans for the weekend?? I'm working saturday (if the injection goes ok) but i like this job as do sports massage for football team and they are all fit....especially 1 who i have a major crush on haha...maybe i should bribe the other side to injure him haha

    Becca you are such a star!!! I have started dieting the same time as you and only lost half of what you did!!!We're almost the same weight atm. You go girl - I am really envious of your determination. And of course fingers crossed for your 2lbs this week xxxx

    Vicky, hope everything goes well today. I'm glad to hear you are back here and on 100% (will be rooting for you all the way)

    I had a time to think long and hard what I really want and what should be my next step. Main reason I was finding CD hard was the fact that there are so many things happening in my life...Not so good things atm. But despite of everything I do love my CD journey - especialy seeing results so quickly. After long chat with my CDC I decided to give it proper shot - this time proper way 3 shakes plus. And plus would only mean what's allowed.
    I want to stick to it for next six weeks so it won't feel like a life time journey again.

    So my lovely skinny beatchs - I am back and ready to rock.
    I am ready to get back on track from today - it's a good timing as if I'd find it difficult in a first few days I can always sleep it through during the weekend...
    I don't care about anything else - just want to be slim. (and boney haha) Thank you so much for all your support - can't tell you how much this is appreciated xxxx

    Vicky - oooh sports massage eh my friend does that and i am sure she fancies ALL the men on her rugby team haha did you study to do that?! Plus, what made you choose the footballers over the rugbiers?? lol footballers are better looking, i'll give you that, but rugby players are far more 'phwoar'!!

    Chloe, glad you have decided to continue with your CD journey. It's certainly not easy when you have a lot of personal issues going on at home, but truly, if you can SS+ at times like now, you can do it all the time...so fingers crossed you see the losses you want to see over the next 6 weeks...i'll be here with you every step of the darn way girl!!!!
