    glad to say I've lost 10.6lbs this week

    Hi Bindi, well done, that is a fab weight loss. Keep up the good work.

    My first weigh-in is on Monday, the time is going really slow and I need some food (but I am being good). Dreading the weekend though - I might just stay in bed! LOL.
