    Well after 1 week SS 100% I am delighted to say I am down 8lbs.

    1. Get to day 4 restart successfully
    2. Get 1st st off
    3. Get 10% of weight off
    4. Fit into size 14
    5. Get 2nd st off
    6. Get under 25 BMI
    7. Fit into size 12
    8. Get 3rd st off
    9. Fit into size 10
    10. Maintain

    September Challenge = lose 14lbs, 14.4lbs lost
