    Hey 786 I know u can do it come on Hun, one solid week n u will be out of 15's. Rite fresh start tomorw !! I'm going to keep coming here n checking on u lol !! Start Tomorrw wot ru finding hard ? I drink lots of tea n coffee in-between .. It suppresses apptite n I add milk in tea n coffee !! It stil keeps u in ketosis !! N very much helps maybe u should give it a try !! U can do it gal come on tink of summer n not having to hide behind baggy clothes n cardigans n coats ?? X

    Awh 786 don't worry Hun we all have bad days!! I was out Monday two meals in Restaurant lol.. N extremely naughty yesterday! But solid today. Hopefully till 14th feb!! N then well hoping to kwit after this month !! Soooo come on babe u can do it !! Xx

    Hey 786 I do agree with u there lol!! It is veryyyyy cold ... But I'm still on cd .. Do want to join the gym!! Mite do next month !! So wot do u plan to do ? Can't u just try again give it ur best shot?? Loose some n then go gym?? X

    I am back - Day 1 of CD re-start. I have a week's supply after which I am tempted to experiment with Exante products. I feel so bloated that I finally made decision to stick to diet. Also weather is not as harsh as last few weeks so hopefully it,ll help.
    I am having green tea and will be drinking lot of water. Hopefully after ketosis it should become tolerable...
