Well, finally that switch has gone click in my brain and I'm ready to start back with CD.
On day 3 and I've really struggled today, but have decided to keep a weight loss diary and record my weekly losses.
At my first weigh in I was 3st 5lb, which is 2lb lighter than I was expecting, hoping to be in the 12s on my first weigh in on Tuesday, keep your fingers crossed for me! I lost 7lb in my first week last time I did CD and am hoping for a repeat performance this time round!![]()
