    I had my first weigh in yesterday and I had lost 4,8kg or about 10lbs and for the life of me I couldn't find the exitement in it :O Part of it might have been because my home scale showed a little less (as in that I would have broke 5kg, but hey it's 200 grams! >.>). Anyway, I'm totally back on the bandwagon today and not feeling one bit sorry for myself, just proud! Hopefully can start using gym at work and get some shape into my muscles aswell!

    That's a wonderful weightloss! 200grams is nothing in the grand scheme of things:

    1)you stuck to program all week long
    2)you resisted temptations
    3)in your video you are walking through the snow: getting exercise this week!
    4)you are taking care of your body and emotion (Vlogging and footbaths)

    Mini goal: July --> lose 30 kg/80 lbs... collect rewards along the way...well massive weightloss on hold!
    Now to switch to a healthy pregnancy
    Goal 1: get through week one, two, three, four
    Goal 2: finish 1successful month ELLIE SAAB perfume
    Goal 3: drink 3 liters of h2o everyday
    Goal 4: lose 10%
    Goal 5: stick with exercise program for a 1,2,3,4 weeks
    Goal 6: lose 20%
