    Today is day 9

    of my first attempt of the Cambridge Diet. I'm 5'8 and on 4 packets a day (although I've struggeled to find the time for 4 packets - must try harder or have two meals in one sitting).

    Just had my first weigh in this morning and I've lost 10.5lbs. 54lbs to go
