    1st weigh in

    Lost 12 lbs am over the moon lost lots of inches too so I'm a happy bunny on wards n up for wk 2 this all seems possible now

    Have had another 100% week on SS and pleased to say I have lost another 7Ibs this week!!!!

    Have had some incredible losses so far and this is really motivating me to continue.
