    week one weigh in

    Hi everyone, just had my first weeks weigh in on cdp and i ve lost 9 pounds!!!!! yipee so happy , ready for the week ahead. Only prob i ve had is my ketone stick showed i wasnt drinking enough water, i find it so hard x Hope everyone else has t,he success i ve had in week one, Debbie xxxxc

    You can do it, just imagine its boiling hot outside and you can pick anything from your wardrobe and it looks great , that's what's spurring me on, no more baggy cardigans on a red hot day . I ve even emptied my wardrobe of all last years summer clothes in order to make way for what I will be wearing, positive thinking you can do this think of it 3 rd time lucky xxx

    Hi there how are you getting on, not been on the site for few weeks and had a terrible week so so need some focus, I ve lost 3 stone in 10 weeks and I'm scared it will creep back on if I don't get my focus back xxx
