    thats 1st 1lb in 3 weeks...


    20/03/13, begining of my new life, no room for failure
    14st 1lb, is a start, but will never be seen again

    week1....-6lb.....13st9lb
    had to take 6 weeks off because of knee surgery, the rules apparenty!!
    started again today at
    13st 6.5lbs......-2.5lbs

    What was your start weight?

    I was 14.2 after pregnancy& thyroid problems meant I lost no weight even tho bf /-(

    Goal is 10.10, previous weight :-) X
    Start 11.12 - Cambridge 810, aiming to lose 1st2 in 4 weeks! Goal = 10.10

    Underactive thyroid meant weight up to 14.2 after child #2 Feb 2012. Started diet once baby was weaning :-)
    May- July 2012 from 14.2 - 13.5
    Had to stop to adjust thyroxine (takes months)
    Nov- Jan 2013 from 13.5- 11.10
    Had to stop as after 3 weeks lost no weight - adjusting thyroxine took from Jan- March

    My start weight was 20:6lbs and 3 weeks later I'm now 19:6lbs! After last weeks dismal 2lbs I felt so like what's the point but I'm glad I stuck with it now! My goals 12:6 for a healthy BMI!!

    Go you! You must be quite tall for that to be herby bmi?

    My max at 5'5 is 10.13 I think and I'm a large vim bum/ boob frame so that looks good on me xx

    Keep going! Hoping to drink vodka and slim tonic tomorrow night and lose 3lbs this whole week, to get to 12.11 :-)
