and I'm hoping for a decent loss, I'll be happy with 7lb but anything will be good 
Had a long day today and I'm not feeling my best, my eldest daughter left at 4am to go off to America to work for the summer so got up to wave her off and couldn't sleep after, then work today (I'm a childminder) felt very headachy and disorientated, but I think I'm just tired.
Have stuck to SS+ rigidly so we will see, will check in later with the result!....

Well done Sarah! I'm on day 4 of SS+ and have stuck to it to the letter so far. My first weigh-in is on Monday.
Your 8 lbs loss has encouraged me to keep going over the next 3 days.
