    I asked my CDC today and she said that after my first few days then id be allowed...?! Not sure if that helps you at all!!

    Hi everyone! Be careful with Coke Zero - I find it makes me really hungry and I end up eating something I shouldn't when I've had it. Stick to fizzy water as a treat xx
    1-5 weeks: -30lbs
    6-10 weeks: -18lbs
    11-15 weeks: -15lbs
    16-19 weeks: -13lbs

    Then break for Christmas which saw slight weight gain

    Restart: +5lbs
    Week 1: -6lbs
    Week 2: -3lbs (TOTM)

    Total lost since 15 July: -80lbs


    1st target: get under 16st....achieved 03.11.12

    2nd target: get to 13st12 (classified on BMI as overweight)
    3rd target: get to 13st
    4th target: get to 12st (goal!)
