    Week 2 Weigh In

    Hi all

    Following last weeks loss of 9lbs I had resorted to thinking that this week would be a small loss, although I was secretly hoping for 5lbs to get my 1st stone, I will just have to settle for 4lb off!

    Seeing the pounds disappearing on the ticker gives me the incentive to continue. Can't wait for next weigh in now, I thought I would really struggle with this diet but seem to be finding it quite easy. The only problem I have is I struggle with my water intake at weekends, as I like to be close to the toilet! Take care all x

    I've lost 12.5 in 3wks on 810 Xx
    Start 11.12 - Cambridge 810, aiming to lose 1st2 in 4 weeks! Goal = 10.10

    Underactive thyroid meant weight up to 14.2 after child #2 Feb 2012. Started diet once baby was weaning :-)
    May- July 2012 from 14.2 - 13.5
    Had to stop to adjust thyroxine (takes months)
    Nov- Jan 2013 from 13.5- 11.10
    Had to stop as after 3 weeks lost no weight - adjusting thyroxine took from Jan- March

    I had my first weigh in yesterday and lost 10 pounds, so im really happy.
    Start date 28th November 2012

    Start weight 14st 6lb

    Goal Weight 10st

    I'm 5'7" and my starting weight was 14s9lb. Is that what you mean by sat? x

    Fantastic, I remember how I felt on my first weigh in losing 9lbs, I don't think I've ever lost that much in a week. Oh I think I lie, I might of when I had my son

    I think just getting to the 1st weigh in is a massive acheivement!

    My second weigh in yesterday and lost 2 pounds. Thats 12 pounds in 2 weeks :-)
