Following last weeks loss of 9lbs I had resorted to thinking that this week would be a small loss, although I was secretly hoping for 5lbs to get my 1st stone, I will just have to settle for 4lb off!
Seeing the pounds disappearing on the ticker gives me the incentive to continue. Can't wait for next weigh in now, I thought I would really struggle with this diet but seem to be finding it quite easy. The only problem I have is I struggle with my water intake at weekends, as I like to be close to the toilet! Take care all x
