    It's all worth it...

    First weigh in complete 6 days of cambridge and a loss of -13. the results really do make you realise the benefit of the tough week you have had. Bring on week 2
    Week 1 -13lb


    Target 1 - Get into 22's in Week 1
    Target 2 - 21st 4lbs (Under 300lbs/ bmi39) by New Years Day
    Target 3 - 19st 13.9 by Valentines Day
    Target 4 - Into 17's by April 6th
