I'm going to have to stop home-weighing. I've become obsessive about weighing. Unfortunately, the scales are not different than Wednesday, which is mildly bothering me. But, I'm being 100%, so it HAS to come off yeah?

I lost 5lb in my second weigh on today, so 15.5 in total. Try not to weigh everyday, as our bodies fluctuate so much, just try to stick to weighing and measuring with your consultant x
