    SS first weigh in :)

    At first weigh in I lost 7lb! I'm happy with that! Really positive about CDC and really enjoying it! Went to a cafe with my friend with her daughter and my children who all had their lunch there and it really didn't bother me in the slightest
    Start weight : 12st 8lb
    Week 1: - 7lbs
    Week 2: - 2lbs
    Week 3: - 4lbs
    Week 4: - 3lbs
    Week 5: - 1lb
    Week 6: - 2.5lbs
    Week 7: - 3lbs
    Week 8: - 0.5lbs
    Week 9: - 4.5lbs
    Week 10 & 11: break & no weigh in
    Week 12: - 2lbs
    Week 13: - 4.5lbs
    Week 14: - 2lbs SS+
    Week 15: - 1lb SS+

    Total loss: 2st 10lbs
    Current weight: 9st 12lbs

    Goal weight: 9st

    Well done! I had my first weigh in yesterday and lost 6lb. Got to say, was probably a bit disappointed at first (having read some of the massive first week losses some people have!) Then I pulled myself together when I realised that what other diet would allow me to lose nearly 1/2 a stone in a week?!
    Onwards to week 2, still feeling motivated
