    feeling v low today :'(

    I've lost my mojo a bit today. I feel v drained and tired, and all of a sudden losing vast amounts of weight isn't the be all and end all. I want a bowl of Mac n cheese! V. Close to jacking it in, an early night might be on the cards to avoid temptation....

    Oh I hope you survived today, today was day four for me and I randomly burst into tears at work!! Remember you know what mac and cheese tastes like but you choose to change your life instead

    yep i feel like that most days but the feeling of being slim is a much better one so think about that and remember you can do this!!!!!!!!
