Week 5
I am really pleased this week to have lost 3.5 lb. I went to London for the weekend and was off plan for the first time since the start of the year. I was really worried that I would have gained this week, but it shows that if you get straight back on it that you can still have a great weight loss after a slip up! Hope that this is helpful for some of you if you have had a bad day. Get back on it and you will be surprised!! Xxx
