    CWP- a life changing experience

    So im on week 3 and just got weighed this afternoon i started off at 17st 3 weeks ago and today in 15.13 ;10 inches off my waist, 8 from my bust. This has to be the best diet ever!!! I wana encourage anyone who wants to quit not too!! I cant wait to see the end x

    Goal Weight: 12st0lb
    Well done that is fantastic. I've just had my first weigh in yesterday and lost 14lb. I haven't a clue what sort of loss to expect for next week though!
