    First weigh in today and only 4lbs - not a happy camper......

    Let's hope next week is better

    Thanks - that makes me feel so much better - I've read so many posts on here where people lose lots on their first week

    I no i just think that everyones bodies react differently to the diet. Iv lost a lot more inches than weight in 3 weeks iv lost 1st 1lb! With a few blips ? but you can do it!! Dont let it put you off xx

    I hope it gets easier - it's my second weigh in tonight and I have been 100% - I have had so many moments when I could have fallen over but I haven't - just hope I get a good result tonight - I don't feel like I've lost anything really - I can't see any changes in myself so fingers crossed

    Mmm not overly happy - 3lbs off but at least that's 7 lbs in 2 weeks
