My body is just plain weird. I've been told I need 1800 calories a day to just maintain my weight, so surely it follows that if I'm consuming 415 cals a day, that I should be losing at least 3 lbs a week? It's Sooooo frustrating :/

Not budging since when? Don't forget you had a bit of a binge a few days ago, that might be having an effect. Problem with daily weighing is that you won't see a loss every single day, it is the losses over the space of a week or month or year that are important. All sorts of things can impact on weight loss - hormone changes, illness, water intake, time you weigh. Unfortunately at some point in this diet we will all have a sts week, but this is normally followed by a decent loss the week after. The closer you get to target the more your losses will slow down too
