Thread: Week 8 weigh in

Have lost just over 2 lbs today, but my consultant said if I had weighed in the morning as usual it would have been more like 3-4, so I am pleased with that! Shifted some inches off my hips as well which are my biggest bit! Total after week 8 = 2 stone 2

Thanks for the support, been focused again since Monday! Have lost 2 stone 2 or 30 pounds so far, so I know it's worth carrying on with! Just finding social situations difficult lately!! Hope you are getting on ok xxx
