    Week 11 weigh in!

    Hey all,


    Haven't posted for a while so thought I would give a quick update! I have been plodding along with sole source and continuing to lose pounds

    Had my 11 week weigh in this morning and have lost another 6lbs!! This takes my total loss to 32 lbs!! Bearing in mind I've had a week off for a holiday (and put on 4lbs), and also gained after 2 weekends off for important milestone family birthdays :/ I don't think I'm doing to bad!!

    Have gone from a size 16 to a 12 on top and 14 on bottom.... am absolutely thrilled!! I have 1 more stone to go (probably 10 lbs on sole source and then start moving up the plans!), so the end is in sight!

    Your weight losses are amazing. I have been on the CWP now for 5 weeks and have lost a total of 17lb. My goal weight of 10st 7lb still seems a long way from being achievable, but I will get there.
