And 23lbs off. Last couple of weigh ins have been a bit disappointing only losing 3lbs each week so have mixed it up a bit for this week and reduced the lemon bars to 1 a day as that was the only thing that had changed! Hoping to get to 2 stone this week x

As for being disappointed with 3lb in a week... have a look at 3 packs of lard!! it's a considerable amount to lose, it would NEVER happen every week on WW or similar!
