Step 1 Sole Source + Week 3

Well it's weigh in tomorrow. And I reckon I'm looking at 1-2lbs!! And I don't know why?! I've not cheated!!!

The first week I lost 12lbs. Second 5lbs. I just feel I could loose that eating!! Feeling fat ATM too which doesn't help :(

I'm sure it will be fine. Even if it is 1-2 lbs that will still be amazing. If you add it altogether.

Sometimes I find on day 6 of my week I just want to eat I was feeling that last night but I know that when I have my weigh in tonight it will all be worth it and will spur me on for the following week. I'm sure it will be the same for you.

I know it's just frustrating! I'm greedy and wanted an average of 3lbs a week so I can reach goal by Xmas!

Ill probably sulk tomorrow! Just hope it doesn't send me into a binge! X

No matter what happens tomorrow I'm gonna focus on the amount I've totalled so I don't get too disheartened but it's making my motivation lessen which is rubbish!! Xx

My CDC has had to cancel our appt as she's gone into hospital to have her baby! Oh dear! Just when mentally I really needed that wi!

Now do I risk stepping on my own scales? X

Well I have an extra 5 days worth of products bc I knew she'd at some point go into labour! So I just hope everything goes well for her!

And then hopefully ill get some more products next week :)

I stepped on mine and they showed what I'd expected 2lbs loss so I am a bit disappointed! I wanted 3. Just feels like so much hard work for such a little loss! But overall it's 19lbs in 3 weeks and that's great :) xx

Not doing so well!

I honestly don't know how much longer my restraint will prevail. I need food I want food. I'm not hungry I'm just craving food! I'm currently avoiding toast and sandwiches at work. But I have a feeling this week won't end well!

I don't want to give in but yesterday and today it's all I can think about is fooooood! Lol

Feeling a little crazy! Xx

You've done so well so far. Don't ruin it! As you know how easily those 19 lbs could go back on!

I understand how your feeling. My consultant is going away for three weeks on Monday and I have my last weigh in on Sunday!

Why don't you do a step two week if you really can't cope give you some food for a week.

I'm doing ss+ so it's carby food and bad food I'm craving. So it's just me being a grumpy moose! Bc I don't really need it!!

I've just realised its totm next week I wonder whether that's triggering it. But I'm finding this harder than getting into ketosis was!!

I don't need the food it's just bc I "can't" have it I want it.

I think I've lost my umpf for ss I don't think I could go back to that I look forward to my ss+ meal everyday.

But what I really want is a kebab cheesy chips and garlic bread lol. But I'm hoping ill manage my 12weeks without a binge ill have it on my step up week - hopefully xxx

Yeah trouble is I really think it's totm related its the worst I've felt the whole time being on it. And I even have a hormonal headache as proof! :(

I mean what can she suggest except sticking to plan lol xx

I think you just have to ask yourself how much do I want it? Is it worth having the kebab? If you want the kebab more than you want the weightloss then have it. If you really want the weight loss stick with it.
