Week 5 Weigh in
4lbs off this week, wasn't expecting that! I had a fairly decent loss last week, so only expected a couple of pounds!
A year from now you'll wish you started a year ago....... I'm not telling you it's going to be easy, I'm telling you it's going to be worth it!
I lost 2 stone 1lb prior to starting Cambridge on 06/08/2013.

Week 11 - 3.5lbs. Week 12 - 2lbs. Week 13 - 3lbs. Week 14 - 3lbs. Week 15 - STS (miracle!). Week 16 - 3.5lbs.
