Week 7 weigh in
So, I've just completed week 7, and I only lost 1.5lbs this week. I've had 2 ss+ days this week, the rest have been ss. I'm really disappointed.
A year from now you'll wish you started a year ago....... I'm not telling you it's going to be easy, I'm telling you it's going to be worth it!
I lost 2 stone 1lb prior to starting Cambridge on 06/08/2013.
