    First weigh in!

    10lbs and 6 inches gone forever! Feel awesome. Hoping for 4lbs next week then I'll have lost a stone xx

    Well done! It's an amazing feeling isn't it? My weigh in is a day early this week on Thursday. Hoping for 4lbs so then I've lost a stone x

    Yes it is an amazing feeling. I am hoping gora 4 lb loss to on friday for my stone

    You will be fine..i had my weigh in today and lost another 3lb. Also got measured and have lost 17.5 inches. So total weight loss is 25lbs. Getting to my 2 stone mark. Well happy.

    Not great, spent most of my time in hospital with my nana last week, didn't drink enough water and didn't have all my packs so I gained 1lb. Completely gutted. Back on it now though I'm contemplating just doing sole source from tomorrow. Currently on step 2. But I've found it surprisingly easy and my bmi is only just over 40. Not sure if it's safe though? :-(

    Its hard to drink water when you are out and about for fear of needing to wee and there being no good toilets near by! but also dont be totally disheartened by a small gain when you are back on the plan again now! Just try that bit harder to lose it on your next weigh in!

    I am following step 2 too! I had a naughty day yesterday as my fiance came to see me and we visited the german markets in birmingham (so much food temptation everywhere) but I just kept thinking to myself don't ruin the last 4 days dont ruin the last 4 days! and I managed to stay clear of the really heavily carbed foods! back on it today though and didnt find it too bad. Looking bad on the week I have found it a lot easier than I thought I would too and I too am debating stepping down to SS. I may do it like a couple days out of the 7 next week if I cant manage the whole week.
