    Losing heart

    Hi all,

    I need help with motivation... This is a restart for me and right from the start my losses haven't been as great as last time... Today was weigh in number 3 and I didn't lose anything... In 3 weeks I have only lost 9lbs. I have stuck with it 100% drinking plenty of water I don't know what's going wrong! :-(

    Current BMI: 25.2
    Goal BMI: 21.6


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 4st5lb
    Weight to Lose: 1st8lb
    % Lost 28.24%
    9lbs is 9lbs! It's a great loss - well over half a stone. There could be other reasons for no loss this week - water retention etc.

    Don't focus on the wee things (I.e. One week). Try to see the bigger picture. Hopefully you'll lose more next week.

    I know I know I'm trying my hardest to stay positive.. Think what's bothering me is I have lost in 3 weeks what I lost in a week last time!! Xx
