First week

It is my second week on CD and first day on minimins. Week one on step 2 (due to Christmas) and my weight loss was 13lbs!!!! A long way to go but am absolutely delighted. Helped me get through Christmas day! If I keep up the great loss on step two I may stay on step two until I hit a wall and need a boost.
 
Not sure how minimins works or even if I have written he right sort of thing!!!

How u finding it? I'm starting on 2nd Jan but always struggle 2 get past day 3 as I feel so unwell for the first 3 days! Really want 2 push past it this time tho :)
 
I have found it surprisingly okay! I think it helped that i started when I was very busy at work and so occupied. I struggled when I did not drink enough water but as soon as I drank I felt better. The key for me is to make sure I have the cd products and water with me when I need them and not to tie myself down to set times. I have them when hungry which will often mean 11am, 5pm and 10pm but it varies.
The results are amazing and fast so keep me motivated. Good luck on the journey.

I drank the full 2.25l but it was a mixture of tea, water and thinning out the shakes and soup. All good!

Great weight loss. Would love to stay in touch! We can do it! another 4lbs for me this week. So delighted!

We can. Just saw a post which I think was you in November saying you had hypothyroidism and were 17st. Snap. Me too. Different kind of hypothyroidism but still the same outcome- rapid weight gain and slow weight loss-ugh! I am treated, are you now?
 
I am reading the thread you started. I am a nurse as well. Are you qualified yet?

Yes but don't go overboard as you can overdose on water intake, particularly if a sudden increase.
