Hey everyone,

I have lost nearly 6 stone with Slimming World since June 2013, but recently I have reached a plateau stage and I am losing very little at the minute, or else I am maintaining!

Decided to give the CWP SS a go as I have heard great things about it. Need another 3 stone off to reach my target weight by the end of Feb before I start my placement. Will need all the support I can get as this will be difficult since I'm a student and all the temptations with it.

Any tips are welcomed and I appreciate anyone who follows my journey! Have always been overweight since I was 12/13, and decided last year that I am NOT starting my 20s off the same...

2014 is my year! :)

Well done on the 6 stone last year, I started Sole Source 8 days ago and I was about your start weight 21.5stone, and im 6ft3. I'll be interested in how the last 3 stones come off, getting down to 13st would be a big achievement. My target is 16st, I think my BMI at 25 would put me at 14st, but I have always been a big guy, broad shoulders and so on, so I think 14 would be too small for me.
 
That's brilliant!! Yeah a complete transformation I'm like a different person. People say I look 100% now but you know yourself..whenever you feel happy that's when it's time to stop. 13 stone would get me an exact BMI of 24. Hoping to have it off in 2 months! How are you finding this? I started today actually instead of tomorrow and It seems ok! Missing food a bit but drinking lots of water. Want double figures in my first week! :)

I've just done my first week, got weighed earlier and almost had a heart attack on the scales, 18.5 lbs gone forever.

If I can do it, you can! Just drink water like you're a fish and you will be good :)
 
THAT IS AMAZING!! You should be so chuffed with yourself! This has really motivated me to keep going because these first few days are really hard!! :) WELL DONE!
 
Week 2 weigh in tomorrow. Lost 12 in my first week. Fingers crossed :)
