    Hi everyone,

    I don't weigh till Friday, but was wondering if anyone has had their first week weigh in? I'm dying to find out how everyone has done so I can get an indication how I might do!

    Had mine this evening only 3.5lbs off for me and been 100% SS xx
    Start weight - 01-01-14 - 13st04lbs
    Current weight - 12st1.5lbs

    Week 1-4 : 16lbs off
    Week 9 - 0.5 - had weekend away so delighted
    Week 10

    Inch loss so far - 3" from waist, 2" from bust and 1.25"

    March challenge - 14 lbs - 0.5 off so far

    First week in and I lost 9lbs!!
    I'm very pleased to say the least :-) and I look at little less rounded now.
    Hoping for 5lbs loss next week, to give me a stone in the first 2 weeks.

    Sadly not. Lost 7st with 'LL & CD some years back. Now back again.

    My first week weigh in is tomorrow night. I've stuck to it 100% so I know I will have lost something, but I'm expecting it to be lower than it could have been because between seeing my consultant and getting weighed for the first time last Monday, and actually starting on Thursday, I ate all manner of carbs etc, so may actually have gained before I lost! we shall see...
