First weigh in.....

15lbs gone, very pleased, I've gone from 20 stones (dead) to 18 stones (and a lot) in a week, very motivational.

Ironically I'm struggling today, feeling hungry. I wish people at work would stop talking about food!
 
I'm struggling today too, finally back on the wagon after Christmas but struggling to deal with the pain pre-ketosis!! It'll all be worth it in the end, and soon you can start enjoying food again, just with a healthier attitude towards it.
 
Must be the day for struggling. I had a battle of willpower before (which I won, yay!) but feeling very hungry! I know it's not physical hunger but it's quite overwhelming! Early night for me I think!
 
Won my battle too, off to bed.

I drank loads of water this morning and a little this afternoon, haven't felt the need to tonight. Usually my water intake is pretty consistent over the course of the day as long as I am near a loo. Not sure why I felt pants today, I would have thought the weigh in result would have spurred me on.

Another day tomorrow.
 
That's a fantastic result. I have found over the last two weeks that some days are harder than others for no particular reasons. Stay strong and you will succeed.
 
WOW!! Well done, that's fabby. I'm on week 2 and have been struggling too. If I'm honest I've probably had about 3 days off plan this week!! I need a kick up the backside. Good on you for not straying. Good luck for tomorrow xx

I think the second week is harder in some ways. The first week you're geared towards your weigh in, hoping you get a big initial loss, and then it comes, and you do, and there's an element of 'well now what?'. That's what I've found anyway!
