    Step 1 Sole Source: 1st weigh in

    Had my 1st weigh tonight & lost 12.5lbs in 8 days , so happy!! I've stuck to SS 100%, started at 19.8, now 18.10st
    Still a very long way to go but spurs me on to carry on :-)

    Well done that's brilliant!!! I was supposed to have my first weigh in today but I have a sick child. I am so disappointed. I have also started my TOTM today so hoping that doesn't affect things too much. Getting weighed on Monday night now.
