.... well, technically today considering the time!

Lost 7lbs on my first week. A bit worried about tomorrow as I know it won't be as big a loss and I don't want to be disheartened.
I will ask my consultant to measure me too as I am sure I've lost inches as I can get into my old jeans.

On another note, I can't sleep and have terrible restless legs. Does anyone else get this?
 
It's unlikely you'll have the same loss this week so don't let it dishearten you please. I settled at around 3 lbs a week every week after the first weigh in. Once you're making steady progress that's what matters. My legs are stiff alright but I read thats normal enough. My sleep has greatly improved though. You should try drinking peppermint tea going to bed. It's a relaxant that won't keep you awake.
 
Thanks. Wasn't a good loss at all but 3.5 inches have gone, so not all bad.
Legs were better last night, although sleep was pretty non existent to be honest.
