I I started Monday 3rd march, at 23st 2 1/2lbs.
Had my weigh on today as cdc can't get Monday and lost a whopping 9 1/4lbs!!! Dead happy!
7 Weeks Cambridge Diet - 22.5 lbs lost (30/01/14 to 20/03/14)
9 Weeks Weight Watchers - 8 lbs lost (20/03/14 to 20/05/14)
11 Weeks On my Own - 4 lbs lost (21/05/14 to 10/07/14)
Total Loss to Date - 34.5 lbs, currently 10 stone 3.5 lbs after 27 weeks
