10lb!!! :D :D
So first weigh in this week- I have only been doing it 5 days so it's a short week but I'm so happy with that... Way more than I expected! Xx
 
That's great I am on 800 cals a day I didn't want to go lower than that, not on Cambridge but still doing a VLCD and also lost 10 lb in first week.
