    My first weigh in today

    Hi everyone

    All I have to say is I love, love, love Cambridge. Just been for my first week weigh in and i have lost an astounding 21 lbs. Both me and my cdc are in utter shock and it has really spurred me to keep going. So to anyone out there who like me has been reading through this forum for a few weeks and has any doubts, dont hesitate. Go for it!!!!!

    Mini goal 10- To lose more than 1.5lbs in a week lol - YAY!!!!
    Mini goal 11- To lose 4 stone - YESSSSS!!
    Mini goal 12- To reach 4.5 stone loss
    Mini goal 13- To reach 5 stone loss and hit target!
