Week 2 weigh in
6lbs. Which for 11 days is lousy! However, in total , I've lost 12lbs and 7.5 inches in 2 weeks which I have to remember is amazing!
Just feel a bit flat and it's not given me the motivation boost I needed
Current loss: 6lbs
Week 1 - 5: -22lbs and -15.5 inches
week 6 - 10: -11lbs and -12 inches
week 11: -6lbs (new measurements taken)
week 12: -2lbs and -3.75 inches
week 13: -2lbs and -3.25 inches
week 14: STS and -3 inches.
Week 15: -0.5lb and -2.5inches. I don't get it
Total Loss: 43.5lbs and 40 inches
