Well I am a little late just found this thread!!!

Started CD 2 weeks ago and am loving it!!!

1st week I lost 12 lbs

Today I lost another 6 lbs

I am so happy and can not wait for the end results!!!

Lost another 4 lbs this week!!! I know if I drink more it will be better! But i am so happy because I have lost 22 lbs in 3 weeks!!!

hey guys im new, i was on SS a year and a half ago lost 33 pounds put 9 back on just had a baby and am on day 3

Heyy how are you doing? and great to hear you've past day 3 (i found that the hardest day) im currently in week 3 and have lost 17lbs and i am delighted, how is everone getting on?
