    Week 2 Weigh in

    So my first weigh in I lost 1 stone which was crazy and brilliant.

    My second weigh in which I had on Tuesday I lost another 6lbs so 20lbs in two weeks!!!

    Loving this diet my trousers are following off my already
    Starting weight 15st6lbs. Current weight 13st12lb. Goal weight 9 stone
